Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24 at 4 pm.
Although the Liturgy will be directed toward the children, young or old, you are part of the family of St Luke’s, so are invited to attend our Family Christmas Service entitled “The First Christmas Gift”. This service features readings, carols, prayers and a Tableau.

Hi there. I was just wondering if your Family Christmas Eve service included singing of carols and if there was a candlelight portion at all? My husband and I and our 2 1/2 year old daughter may be interested in attending. Thanks.
Tammy
Hi Tammy,
We will light the Christmas candle at the beginning of the service. Yes, we will be singing Christmas carols. The Christmas story will be told in verse format; there will be costumes for children who wish to particiapate in our tableau; adults are encouraged to participate with the children; figures will be placed in the creche, and then the creche will be blessed by Rev. Gregor. Readings and prayers are child friendly.
We are very excited about our first family Christmas Service.
I hope this info will encourage you to decide to join us at St. Luke’s on the 24th at 4pm.
Blessingss, Daphne
