Children have a longing to know God. How can we help them? We have both the time and place at St. Luke’s!

The time is Sunday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The place, “Peaceful Place Atrium”, offers a Montessori-inspired approach to young children’s spirituality. We offer the guidance of adults who love and respect young children and understand what they are seeking. The activities strengthen the children’s concentration and increase their confidence. Together, we enjoy music, movement and processions.

The Biblical parables and narratives offered have been found to resonate deeply with young children.

What we offer here was begun by Maria Montessori and has been developed over many years by Sofia Cavalletti and Gianna Gobbi.
